Aruna clinical lab is the best one in Pondicherry for any medical services and tests that you name it at reasonable prices. They also provide Home based service where they collect blood samples from your place which is so helpful for senior citizens. Staff Sathya who used to take our blood tests at home is a gem of person who collects blood samples without any pain, she used to be on time and performs the tests with utmost care and takes them in a sanitized manner. We've known for her great & professional services for almost more than 2 years now. Thanks Sathya for being so kind and polite, we are truly happy to have met you. I am French and I live in France. I have been coming regularly to Pondichery for more than forty years. In 2022 and this year in 2024, I had to do some xrays for my teeths. So, I was sent by my dentist to ARUNA CLINICAL XRAYS. I was pleasantly surprised to be very kindly welcomed by a lady assistant in radiology. I appreciated her very much. She is Mrs Sri Devi. It was the first time I felt so satisfied of the care in the Medical laboratory. She also gave me a report immediately. She spoke to me in English in a very polite way. I was searching for red Cross society when I came across this laboratory. It is a well established laboratory which provides facilities even around 9.30. The reports were needed urgently and the people provided me the same in around 2 hours. Also I had called the mentioned number prior to visiting the laboratory to confirm for the working hours. Not only did the person provide me information but also promised me an on the spot discount of 15%. This isn't a paid post guys. I had an excellent experience with Arun Lab recently when I took a CBC and Dengue test due to fever. They mentioned that the report would be ready within 4 hours, but I received the soft copy through WhatsApp in just one and a half hours. Staff are very cooperative and kind towards customers. I went for chest xray. The technician is very careful in taking a perfect and flawless picture of xray. If not satisfied with the result of the xray exposure due to any mistake done by the customer while posing for the xray and if any shaking happens they immediately retake the xray. On October 09, 2024 Wednesday morning myself with my wife ( both are aged 65) visited your Lawspet lab for regular blood test. Please note that more than last 12 years we are with Aruna Lab. That day we went morning 06:40 hrs and waited more than half an hour for the test. Lab was open but nobody available. With empty stomach we waited there. When we called your Bussy street and we have asked to wait. Please avoid such things in future. ~ Ilango L

I had an OPG Xray done at Aruna lab. The process was done swiftly and I was given the film in 10 mins. I misplaced my copy before visiting the doctor but the manager Mr Arunkumar provided me with a soft copy as soon as I requested. Overall everything from billing to receiving the results was done quickly. The only drawback was the mobile app through which I was unable to view or download my older reports. ~ divya u

I visited your Lawspet Branch for blood test today 24/07/25 .The way I was received is commendable.I closed my eyes when blood was drawn but I didn't feel if blood was drawn at all for I didnt even feel even the touch of the syringe.The staff did a wonder job.It is no exaggeration.Thanks to the staff and Aruna lab. ~ Navamoni J

Hi, i am from Muthialpet and i regularly do the tests at your branch here. It is very sad that there are no staff for doing home tests. My wife has difficulties in walking and i have to bring her to your lab due to the shortage of staff. Please look into it and do the needful. ~ Ramesh K
